“Alliance for Innovations in Urban after war/disaster Recovery & Development at NEB Level”.

AUREL transdisciplinary project deals with creating Alliance for innovations within New European Bauhaus coordinates based on interaction of education-industry-society ecosystems aimed at developing HR as Agents of changes possessing future labour market set of green, digital, entrepreneurial, active citizenship, efficient personality, multidisciplinary teamwork skills for professional, social and personality self-realization within architecture-engineering sector engaged in after war/disaster territory recovery and development of sustainable, enriching and inclusive environment for human wellbeing.

Co-activities include:

(1) creating Alliance strategy and Centre as a role model based on university infrastructure and space opened to local community;

(2) identifying labour market prospective profiles of Agent of changes in architecture-engineering sector possessing hard and soft new labour market skills;

(3) applying innovative methodology of full-cycle eco-humanistic developmental model;

(4) co-designing, testing and implementing multidisciplinary curricula for skilling, upskilling and reskilling professionals and HE/VET students;

(5) co-creating and piloting interactive e-courses on sites of real work and local community as an integral part of professional training.

As a result of AUREL activities and sustainability program 500 participants as well as thousand stakeholders will benefit from the project including: communities striving for recovering/creating environment within NEB coordinates; future labour market and Alliance ecosystems focused on architecture-engineering sector; NEB policy makers and providers.

AUREL outputs comprise:

Alliance for innovations strategy, model and Centre; Agent of changes profile, Eco-Humanistic methodology, curricula and e-training courses; management, evaluation, dissemination and sustainability strategies and toolkits including sets of programs, databases, events packages, platform, site and network.
