DECTIOS project is aimed at developing at UA HEIs potential agents of positive changes in territory & community sustainable development while overcoming global & local crises.

For amplifying UA HEIs’ capacity, it is planned to develop: multidisciplinary curricula for MSc, PhD, LLL students; advanced infrastructure & blended learning tools; academic-industry-business-public network & platform.

Project innovative character is presented in:

1) developing project as multiplication modal for providing accessibility to project strategies, tools, deliverables & databases via self-developing knowledge base, platform, site, network, national management & dissemination e-centres;

2) developing multidisciplinary multicultural project team (possessing relevant transversal & cross-sector skills) selected by using competence & motivation profiles & providing project development by self-governance tools & strategies &;

3) developing multidisciplinary curriculum providing synergies of sustainable development-resilience concepts & students’ cognitive-personality development based on metacognitive approach for individualized proactive training using everydayness as educational polygon;

4) DECTIOS piloting providing training corresponding to professional reality of multidisciplinary project teamwork based on original tools & advanced ICT within simulations & summer schools on real site;

5) complex approach advanced infrastructure development synergizing training-project teamwork-dissemination activities & amplifying UA HEIs access to advanced ICT via national management, dissemination & conference e-centres;

6) using students’ start-up for creating training, dissemination & promotion e-resources;

7) quality control reflecting profiles of training materials, sessions, project events & personalities on the bases of students, teachers & experts’ system evaluation.

It is expected DECTIOS impact on UA HEIs capacity to provide cervices relevant to real modern world challenges & EU standards.
