“Gender Prospective Sustainable Development Based on Synergetic Approach”

GESYCA objectives & aims were defined on basis of specific needs analysis by ‘Problem Tree’ technique. GESYCA aimed at UA HEI’s HR development is expected to provide:
a) ‘gender vision’ in strategies developing gender sensitive professional competences;
b) competence in developing multidisciplinary GPSD curriculum for MSc, PhD, LLL students;
c) skills for multidisciplinary multicultural project teamwork;
d) competence in e-learning & teamwork online.
Developing GPSD training resources is expected to provide:
a) advanced methodology of forming gender prospective competences, gender sensitive consciousness & gender responsive behaviour of MSc, PhD, LLL students as agents of positive changes in their professional & community environment;
b) multidisciplinary approach to solving real complex of gender problems in the context of sustainable development on the national & local level;
c) innovative education technologies for providing e-learning & work in multicultural multifunctional multidisciplinary team;
d) flexibility of training strategies planning & training process support in accordance with real needs of labour market, professional & social community;
e) competence approach on the basis of professional, social & labour market needs of GPSD;
GESYCA dissemination (D), exploitation (E), sustainability (S) & impact (I) is expected to provide:
a) links with EU universities & organisations for sharing advanced experience in gender approaches implementation to education process & use of gender mainstreaming in managing programs & projects of sustainable development;
b) “GPSD platform” for interaction with researchers, experts, public organization, business & power structures that use principles of gender fairness in decision making in sustainable development.
Quality control & management are expected to provide support to all aims mentioned above.
Strategic aim is to develop ‘agents of positive changes’ who will work towards:
a) community involvement into gender relative problem solving & decision-making based on gender culture; community understanding life space (infrastructure, services, etc.) as environment that provides equal rights & possibilities for different gender groups;
b) supporting gender responsive national & local policies in sustainable development; developing competence of decision makers involved in national & local GPSD programs; developing strategies & tools for implementing & monitoring GPSD policy.
All these ambitious aims have good perspective to be realized step by step due to strategy based on innovative instrument “Complex Matrix of Territory Sustainable Development”.
