RESEARCH:

  • Human memory and thinking functioning within the process of cognition (1monographs, and 25 articles published);
  • Human self-development on the bases of human-existential environment synergetic interaction. (2 monographs, 763p. and 51 articles published);
  • HR development including: 1) communication; information; negotiations; moderation; presentation;2) conflict management, genesis, resolution; 3) group dynamics, leadership, teamwork, counseling; 4) HR selection methods & strategies; HR development methods & modals; 5) theories & modals of making decisions; 6) motivation genesis & strategies; satisfaction by work, measurement of success; 7) moral factor. Published 8 books in co-authorship with German colleagues awarded by grading of Ministry of Education;
  • Innovative education “Eco-Humanistic Technology” embodied in interactive metacognitive course. Published 27 course books (11 with grading), delivered interactive lectures (for 17 years) at Lyon-1 & Lyin-2 universities (France), Fern University of Hagen (Germany), Florence University (Italy), supervised numerous workshops and trainings all over the world;
  • Interdisciplinary studies. Developed: 1) methodology of curriculum development on the bases of Education – Industry – Civic Society ecosystems synergetic interaction; 2) methodology of synergetic cross-cultural multidisciplinary teamwork; 3) principles and mechanisms of self and sustainable community development; 3) multi – actor/sector/disciplinary co-creation.
  • Language engineering for AI (generative & symbolic) based on human thinking algorithm of speech understanding. Developed NLP &. MT system based on original “Sense Interpretation Technique”. Delivered lectures at Brandenburg & Humboldt University (Germany);
  • AI-Human intelligence synergetic interaction causing discipline-centered & student-centered e-learning integration without losing subject integrity. As a prerequisite it was developed 2 TEMPUS projects in collaboration with the biggest EU distance learning University of Hagen (Germany) & created 12 e-courses for Master & PhD students (HR & Industrial Management);
  • Complex methodology for evaluating efficiency of multi-disciplinary projects, e-courses, trainers’ & students’ activity. Applied to TEMPUS and ERASMUS+ projects evaluations and was distinguished by EU commission.
