
Training in the educational program “International Business” (specialty 073 “Management”) at the master’s level is conducted in Ukrainian or English.
Program Objectives: To train leaders with a deep understanding of the fundamental concepts of global business who are able to make and implement innovative and proactive management decisions in a volatile, uncertain and complex international business environment.

Employment perspectives: Middle and senior management positions at international enterprises and multinational companies in the areas of International Marketing, International Sales, Project Management, International Finance and Investment, Business Analytics, Human Resources Management, International Supply Chain Management.
Competencies and Learning Outcomes:
- to administer international firm and to manage its development;
- to develop, implement and control business processes that aim at the achievement of the firm’s international objectives;
- to analyze economic, sociocultural, political, and legal factors of international business environment;
- to engage in the strategic management of the international firm;
- to make decisions in the area of export-import operations, international marketing, international financial management, international human resources management, international supply chain management, and international project management
On December 24, 2024, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) decided to accredit the Master’s degree program in International Business, specialty 073 Management. This program received a new accreditation certificate valid until 2030.
