On September 8, 2018, the department visited the famous city of Poltava with an excursion. This event was dedicated to the anniversary of the Labor and Environment Protection Chair.
On June 21-22, the second defense of bachelor’s works took place at the Chair of Labor&Environment protection. The defense took place in the audience of the 203. The students of the MIT-55 group (MT-55) were defended. The department congratulates the new specialists in the field of Occupational safety and health.

Інформація про проведення ІІ етапу конкурсу спеціалістів з охорони праці «Оберігаємо життя – 2018» під патронатом Департаменту праці та соціальної політики Харківської міської ради та Департаментом соціального захисту населення Харківської обласної державної адміністрації.
Метою конкурсу є запровадження комплексного та системного підходу до утворення безпечних умов праці, мінімізація ризиків виробничого травматизму, профзахворювань та аварій. Кафедра «Охорона праці та навколишнього середовища» НТУ «ХПІ приймала активну участь в організації, проведенні та оцінюванні робіт конкурсантів.
До складу журі ввійшли провідні фахівці кафедри: проф., д.т.н. Березуцький В. В., проф., к.т.н. Райко В. Ф., проф., к.т.н. Горбенко В. В., доц., к.т.н. Янчик О. Г., доц., к.т.н. Кузьменко О. О.
На конкурс було представлено 172 роботи учасників – інженерів з охорони праці підприємств, установ і організацій. По розробленій журі методиці на першому етапі було проведено попередню оцінку робіт по трьом категоріям в залежності від кількості працюючих на підприємстві: І категорія – число працюючих до 100 осіб; ІІ категорія – від 100 до 500 осіб; ІІІ категорія – більше 500 працюючих осіб.
Роботи переможців І туру взяли участь у ІІ етапі, який відбувся 17 квітня 2018 року. Перед авторитетним журі конкурсанти представили презентації своїх напрацювань, докладно відповіли на поставлені питання, висловили бачення по вирішенню нагальних проблем свого підприємства з питань охорони праці.

20 квітня 2018 року у Науково-технічній бібліотеці Національного технічного університету «Харківський політехнічний інститут» відбулося урочисте засідання Малої академії із безпеки життєдіяльності (МАБЖД), де пройшло нагородження школярів-переможців конкурсу «Безпека очима дітей».
Конкурс «Безпека очима дітей» щорічно проводиться МАБЖД на базі кафедри «Охорона праці та навколишнього середовища» НТУ «ХПІ». Мета конкурсу – звернути увагу учнів і залучити їх до пошуку шляхів вирішення проблем із безпеки життєдіяльності у сучасних умовах нашої країни. Read more…

On January 10, 2018, an event was held at NTU KhPI in the framework of winter events for entrants and all interested persons. The event was attended by teachers and staff of the LABOR&ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION Chair.
The event was held in mini lectures, demonstrations and experiments, games. The event contained three parts:
Parts 1: Scientific-popular lecture for children and adults: “Safety on the roads. Using Reflective Elements».
Parts 2: Noise and vibration.
Parts 3: Technological safety.
