On January 26, the “Student Podcast” was held – a career guidance event of a fundamentally new format hosted by the students of the Software Engineering and Management Intelligent Technologies Department.
Teachers and students of the Department strive to attract as many strong and motivated applicants as possible to our educational space, so they constantly use new forms of interaction and inform students about IT education, our educational programs and features of the educational process.
This time, the main speakers of the event were students of the Department: Veronika Krygina, Inessa Repeshko, Mykhailo Onyshchenko, Yana Yova, and Andrii Skiba.
They told the high school students such things as:
– how to choose the specialty right for you;
– what subjects are studied at the Department and lecturers who teach them;
– why the Innovation Campus project is so interesting and effective;
– which European universities you can study at under current academic mobility programs;
– what student life is like.
More than 30 applicants from different parts of Ukraine showed interest in the event: Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro regions. The event was also attended by students who are now abroad in Germany, as it is possible to enroll even in a format of distatnt learning.
The applicants liked the event and received a lot of useful information, they got answers to important questions and better understood what awaits them during admission and training. We hope to see them among the students of our Department in the future.
