Dear colleagues, students, employees and friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the holiday – the birthday of our glorious National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”!
Today is a special event for us – the anniversary of the birthday of our Alma Mater: Kharkiv Polytechnic University is exactly 140 years old. Hundreds of thousands of its graduates preserve and multiply the age-old traditions laid down by outstanding scientists, talented engineers, inventors and patriots. This spirit of patriotism is passed on to the next generations of students and teachers, and today it is part of the unified impulse of the people of Ukraine to Victory. The Polytechnic University lives and works, fights and wins.
Overcoming the difficulties of wartime, the university wins victories in international competitions, confirming its high authority. For 140 years, generations of polytechnicians have been creating and multiplying these values. NTU “KhPI” is among the leaders of higher education in Ukraine, occupying leading positions in educational rankings of both our country and the world. As always, we face one of the most important tasks for the state – training qualified specialists. Our graduates and those who are just starting their journey at KhPI have to restore the economy of Ukraine, develop industry, and strengthen energy security. I am sure that regardless of the position or country where our graduates will work, they will remember their native university with gratitude, its atmosphere of goodwill, respect, and care.
Despite the war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the constant rocket attacks on our cities, we do not stop the educational process, we contribute to the development of higher education, scientific potential and defense capabilities of our state. Kharkiv Polytechnic University is proud of its graduates – engineers of the future, true professionals and patriots, who bring our Victory closer with their work!
Together we believe in the power and invincibility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and in a peaceful future! Happy holiday to you, dear friends! I wish you good health, inspiration, new successes and significant achievements for the benefit of KhPI and Ukraine!
