Human rights and freedoms become the first target of the aggressor during war. Given the complex modern realities caused by Russia’s armed aggression and its full-scale invasion of Ukrainian lands, human rights are subject to exceptional means of protection, protection and protection. The level of such provision is primarily determined by the development of effective mechanisms and the development of effective means and procedures used to protect and protect human rights and freedoms, which makes it possible to talk about guaranteeing the safety of everyone in the state.
Therefore, in order to acquaint our students with the main mechanisms for the protection of human rights in Ukraine during martial law and to draw the attention of young people to possible restrictions on these rights and freedoms, our department is holding a round table today dedicated to this urgent problem.
