Active career guidance work continues regarding the admission of applicants in 2025 to specialty 263 «Civil Safety» educational program «Occupational safety and health» of NTU «KhPI». At the same time, it should be noted that career guidance events take place not only in Kharkiv and regions, but also in other regions of Ukraine. Et the end of November 2024 associate professor Eugene Yascheritsin distance career guidance events were held with students of Ivan Vyhovsky Gadyach Lyceum №3 (Hadyach, Poltava Oblast) and Pyryatyn Lyceum №4 (Pyryatyn, Poltava Oblast). In turn, associate professor Nataliia Movmyga held a career orientation event in a non-distance format with students of the state educational institution «Electroradiotechnical Lyceum» in Poltava.
The event was held on November 28 at Hadiac Lyceum №3 named after Ivan Vyhovsky, with the active support and assistance of the deputy director for educational work, Lyubov Ivanivna Voznytsia, and 8 students took part in it.
The event was held at Pyryatyn Lyceum №4 on November 29 with the active support and assistance of director Larisa Hryhorivna Shkurupii, deputy director for educational work Valentina Mykolaivna Vasylenko, and computer science teacher Ilya Tarasovych Lakhayev. 19 students took part in the event.
In the state educational institution «Electroradiotechnical Lyceum» in Poltava, the event was also held on November 29 with the active support and assistance of the deputy director for educational and production work Olena Volodymyrivna Chmykhalo. 14 students of the final year took part in the event.
Speaking in front of the students of the Gadyak Lyceum №3 named after Ivan Vyhovskyi and Pyryatinsky Lyceum №4, the speaker organically combined the demonstration of the presentation with information about the specialty and conducting demonstrative measurements with the devices of the educational laboratory of the “Occupational and Environmental Safety” department of some parameters of harmful and dangerous production factors, namely, temperature – with a Mestek IR01C pyrometer; illumination – with a Yu-116 lux meter; air movement speed – with the VTMETER VT-816B vane anemometer and the MC-13 cup, production noise – with the Robotron 00024 noise meter.
In addition, during the events in all the above-mentioned lyceums, the speakers are assoc. profs Movmyga Nataliia and Yascheritsin Eugene told future applicants about various aspects of the past admissions campaign to higher educational institutions in 2024, the advantages of studying at NTU «KhPI», in particular, and in the specialty 263 «Civil Security» educational program «Occupational safety and health» and employment prospects and career growth.
