Innovative thinking, responsibility, and professional interest were demonstrated by students of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Safety of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” by participating in the All-Ukrainian Festival of Innovations – 2025.
This year, there has been an increase in the number of higher education students who have submitted StartUp projects to the competition, and our university is no exception:
– Vladyslava Vambol, group MIT-624z (supervisor: associate professor Iryna Mezentseva), presented the project “Alternative energy: the experience of Poland and its acceptability for Ukraine”, which explores the adaptation of Polish experience in the field of renewable energy to the realities of Ukraine.
– Reshetnyak Kateryna Dmytrivna, group MIT-622 (supervisor: Associate Professor Nataliia Yevtushenko), presented the development of “SafetyGuide. Interactive safety tips on equipment” – a digital tool for creating a safety culture through interactive tips on equipment operation.
Both projects were evaluated by the competition committee and received diplomas from the Festival participants in recognition of their creativity and motivation for development.
The department sincerely thanks the students for their participation and worthy representation of the university. We wish them success, new ideas and inspiration for the realization of their projects!
