On October 29, 2025, another meeting was held between the head of the department Sergij Vambol, and the curator of the MIT-625 group, associate professor Natalia Tverdokhliebova, with first-year students majoring in J4 “Occupational health and safety”.
The purpose of the meeting was to summarize the interim results of training and discuss issues related to the adaptation of first-year students to the educational process at the university. During the first two months of study, students successfully completed the stage of familiarization with the peculiarities of the educational environment and the organization of the educational process.
During the meeting, the head of the department, Sergij Vambol, emphasized the importance of forming academic culture, developing professional competencies, and involving students in research work. Group supervisor Natalia Tverdokhliebova drew attention to the need for students to attend classes, complete practical assignments on time, and prepare adequately for the exam session.
It was a pleasant surprise to learn that, with the assistance of the management of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and the directorate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport, student Anna Doroshenko was transferred from contract-based to state-funded education.
The meeting took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, contributing to the strengthening of cooperation between students and faculty members.
