In November 2024 assoc. prof. Eugene Yascheritsin remote career guidance events were held with students of the Kharkiv Mechanical Engineering College, the Kharkiv College of Technology and Design, and the Kharkiv Computer and Technology College of NTU “KhPI”.
November 25, 2024 As part of the collaboration with stakeholders, a lecture was held on the topic «Current aspects of technological safety», as presented by the head of the department of defense, civil protection, fire safety and fire safety middle of PJSC «TURBOGAZ» Novosyolov Artem Oleksiyovich.

In November 2024 assoc. prof. Eugene Yascheritsin regular distance career guidance events were held with eleventh-graders of Kharkiv Lyceum №100, Barvinkiv Lyceum №2, and Zolochiv Lyceum №2 (Kharkiv Region).
On the occasion of the International Student Day, the Directorate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport had the honor of honoring two representatives of the student community of our department – students of the MIT-621 group Maksym Boychenko and Daria Slivna – with certificates of honor.
Among the current news of the department today is the scientific internship of the student of the MIT-M623 group Elizaveta Sotnikova at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia (Czech Republic), within the framework of the ERASMUS+ KA1 program, coordinated by the European Commission. As part of her internship, a student of our department studies several disciplines, including Course syllabus KTO/DP-2024 and Course syllabus KTO/EXK-2024. Training for student trainees is conducted in English. Also, as part of her internship, Elizaveta Sotnikova visited the university’s scientific laboratories from various directions and got acquainted with the work of a modern 3D metal printer.
