The Kharkov IT cluster is a public organization which unites leading companies in the field of information technology, software and application development, and outsourcing of business projects that, with the support of local authorities and universities, took the initiative to carry out all-embracing changes in the city’s IT ecosystem.
On April 8, 2017, Kharkiv IT Cluster signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
