DAAD grants for hydrogen research: Application deadline extended

The application deadline has been extended in the new scholarship program “EFR Future Scholarships – Green Hydrogen” of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Applications are possible until April 27, 2023.

The Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) of the European Agenda Process Green Hydrogen is being implemented: The Federal Ministry of Education and Research is funding subject-related DAAD scholarships for young scientists (students, doctoral candidates, and post-docs) with around 6 million euros Germany and in the European Research Area (ERA). The program includes grants for international research stays, internships and research stays in Germany as well as the funding of expert working groups for better networking between science and industry.

In well-founded cases, a stay in a non-European country such as Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand can also be funded. The application portal is open until April 27, 2023.
