As part of the career guidance work regarding the admission of applicants to the specialty 263 “Civil Security” of the “Occupational safety and health” educational program on 28.02.2024, a joint career guidance event was held with students of the 11th grade of Kharkiv Lyceum №26 by employees of the “Higher Mathematics” departments – the head department Pershina Yu. and “Occupational and environmental safety” – assoc. prof. Yashcheritsyn E. During the event, which lasted almost 50 minutes, Yu. Pershina told the students about the possibilities of preparing for admission and the advantages of studying at NTU “KhPI”, educational and scientific institutes, specialties and educational programs, according to which you can get an education at a university, etc. At the same time, it should be noted that the speaker’s dominant attention was focused on specialties and educational programs of NNI MIT.
In turn, Yashcheritsyn E. skilfully supplemented the story of the specialty 263 “Civil Security” educational program “Occupational safety and health” and conducting demonstrative measurements with the devices of the educational laboratory of the “Occupational and environmental safety” department of some harmful parameters and dangerous production factors.
Thus, the temperature was measured by a Mestek IR01C pyrometer; speed of air movement – by anemometers – winged digital VTMETER VT-816B and cup MS-13, production noise – noise meter Robotron RTF 00 024.
The speaker separately spoke about the details of the admissions campaign to higher educational institutions in 2024, the number of components of the NMT (national multi-subject test), the deadline for submitting documents, etc.
