Defense of student projects at the SAIT department: practical experience and teamwork

Захист студентських проєктів

The Department of Systems Analysis and Information Technologies (SAIT) hosted the defense of student projects implemented within the framework of project-based learning. This format has traditionally allowed students to gain valuable practical experience by working on real-world tasks that meet the modern requirements of the IT industry.

During the semester, students were grouped into teams and, under the guidance of experienced mentors — practicing teachers of the department — worked on projects covering a wide range of topics: from developing web and mobile applications to creating analytics systems and process automation.

The defense of the projects demonstrated not only the technical training of the students, but also their skills in teamwork, communication, time management, and presentation of results. Each team presented its work, talked about the challenges it faced, and shared its experience.

Project-based learning at the SAIT department is an important component of training future specialists, as it allows students to go beyond theory and experience the dynamics of real IT work in practice.
