Attention 2nd- and 3rd-year students!
The call for applications for a scholarship within the #Erasmus+ academic mobility programme for the winter semester of the 2024/25 academic year and study at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (Germany) is now open.
Studies in Germany will take place during the winter semester from 1 October 2024 to 1 March 2025. For 2nd- and 3rd-year Bachelor’s students of NTU “KhPI”, two scholarships are available in the following fields: computer science, business administration, and mechatronics.
A mandatory requirement for applicants is an English language certificate at level B2. Internal certificates issued by NTU “KhPI” lecturers are accepted.
Students wishing to participate in the competition must send the following documents in English or German by 26 April 2024 to the email address daz@khpi.edu.ua:

Motivation letter;

CV (photo required);

Transcript of records (a copy of the academic transcript is issued by the institute administration). Only high academic performance will be considered;

Language certificate (at least B2 in English or German);

Any additional certificates / diplomas / awards demonstrating the student’s motivation and abilities (lecturer recommendations, Olympiad achievements), if available.
All documents must be submitted exclusively in PDF format. File names must include the student’s surname and the document type, for example: Kovalenko_CV.pdf. Multi-page documents must be prepared as a single PDF file with a clear name. For example, a combined PDF containing certificates, lecturer references, and Olympiad achievements should be named: Kovalenko_Certificates.pdf.
IMPORTANT: To travel to Germany for study purposes, students currently need to obtain a visa. At present, the visa section of the German Embassy in Kyiv is closed. Therefore, visa applications must be submitted through German embassies in neighboring countries.
