The future of IT is near – and we saw it together with NTU “KhPI”!
Recently, an important meeting 
took place between representatives of the Department of Software Engineering and Management Intelligent Technologies of NTU “KPI” 
and SoftServe 
. The participants discussed key issues related to the training of Yaroslav Chuiko 
, a master’s student who successfully combines his first-year master’s degree with work as a React Front-End developer at SoftServe.
During the meeting 
, the parties agreed on the areas of cooperation that will contribute to the effective implementation of a practice-oriented approach in the educational process. Such an approach allows undergraduate students of the SEMIT Department not only to acquire theoretical knowledge 
but also to actively apply it in practice, working in real IT projects 
.
In addition to performing work tasks, Yaroslav actively develops his professional skills 
– he studies the features of server-side rendering 
and creating high-performance web applications, deepens his knowledge of TypeScript 
and improves his skills in developing clean, efficient code. His master’s research is also related to this area 
!
This experience confirms the effectiveness of integrating formal education 
with practical training in an IT company. Such cooperation allows students not only to consolidate theoretical knowledge 
but also to increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
