The webinar takes place within the framework of the International Open Data Day at the webinar, together with the Deputy Director of the State Scientific Library of Ukraine, Tetiana Yaroshenko, Director of the Scientific Library of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” Yulia Glavcheva, Vice-Rector of the Odesa National Technological University Olha Olshevska and special guest Iryna Kuchma, EIFL will discuss open access issues. The detailed program will be announced later. We plan to record and, if possible, stream. Certificates are not provided.
