The first stage of the competition will begin on April 15. Participants will complete online testing and submit projects for the creative and innovation contests.
The final stage is scheduled to take place between June 5 and June 25. The format of the final will be determined after the completion of the first stage, no later than May 15.
The competition programme is currently being finalised, but 13 traditional contests are already planned.
