EPAM has announced a new intake for Students Internship, a project-based internship programme for students at Ukrainian universities who have completed at least two years of study.
The programme focuses on teamwork on a training project alongside students specializing in different IT fields. Participants will form teams, collaborate on shared tasks, and complete the main stages of project development, from planning to the final presentation of results.
During Students Internship, participants will have the opportunity to:

gain practical experience working on an IT project;

become familiar with team roles and workflows in the IT industry;

work with modern technologies and tools;

learn to apply knowledge acquired at university to practical tasks;

develop a project for their professional portfolio or as a foundation for their graduation thesis;

receive feedback from experienced EPAM specialists.

Registration remains open while places are available and may close at any time once the groups are full.
To be admitted to the internship, applicants must pass a selection process and demonstrate sufficient knowledge in their chosen specialization to contribute effectively to a team project.
Important: Students Internship is not a traditional EPAM Campus training course. It is a university internship programme designed for students in their third to fifth years of study at Ukrainian higher education institutions. Eligible applicants must have completed at least the second year of a Bachelor’s degree and must not have progressed beyond Master’s-level studies. Participants must also be permanently residing in Ukraine.
