Ignat Shmatko, a student in the ICM-225a group, took third place at the Black Sea Science International Student Research Competition.
The research paper submitted to the competition was titled: “Development of digital tools and innovations in personnel management systems in the context of digitalization”. The study addresses current issues in the development of digital tools and innovations in personnel management systems in the context of digitalization and combines modern approaches to information technology, management, and digital transformation.
The Black Sea Science International Student Research Competition is a significant scientific event held at Odessa National Technological University, aimed at supporting student research, fostering international academic cooperation, and showcasing promising research by young scientists.
