Visit to the Cracow University of Technology (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program

Oksana Tatarinova, Head of the Department of Computer Modeling of Processes and Systems at the NTU “KhPI”, visited the Cracow University of Technology (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program from March 9 to 13, 2026.
During the visit, a series of lectures was held for students of the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, focusing on Discrete Mathematics for students majoring in “Applied Mathematics” and Machine Learning for students majoring in “Computer Science.”
A distinctive feature of these lectures was the atmosphere of a truly international environment. The lecture hall was filled with students from various European countries participating in the Erasmus+ program. This provided a multicultural learning environment and fostered lively interaction with students from diverse educational backgrounds.
The visit also included working meetings with university faculty, during which opportunities for further cooperation between NTU “KhPI” and the Cracow University of Technology in the fields of education and scientific research were discussed.
The implementation of such initiatives contributes to the expansion of the department’s international activities and strengthens the integration of NTU “KhPI” into the European educational space.
