National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, together with partners, co-organized the XI International Scientific Conference “Functional basis of nanoelectronics” (Conference website: http://fbn-conference.isma.kharkov.ua/ )
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the conference was held online in December 2020.
The authors of the reports included representatives of 19 universities, 8 research institutes and 3 companies, including representatives of 8 foreign organizations from Germany, Canada, China, Croatia and other countries.
The program committee selected 32 reports which considered: current issues in the field of research and development of nanoelectronic sensors and information systems for bioengineering; methods of formation, diagnostics and research of nanostructures and nanoobjects; mathematical modeling and technologies in nanoelectronics. Proceedings of the conference were published in the form of a collection of scientific papers and are available on the conference website (link: http://fbn-conference.isma.kharkov.ua/images/fbn_2020.pdf ).
The participants of the conference made a unanimous proposal to prepare and hold the XII conference in September 2021.
