A call for applications is announced for scholarships for study within the #Erasmus+ academic mobility programme for the spring semester of the 2025/26 academic year at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (Technische Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany).
For 2nd- and 3rd-year students, four scholarships are available in the following fields: Business Administration, Mechatronics, and Computer Science.
The study period will run from 15 March 2026 to 30 September 2026, with arrival at the university in early March. Travel planning and accommodation search are the students’ responsibility.
Mandatory eligibility criteria:

Applicants must be located in Ukraine and depart from the territory of Ukraine;

Applicants must not participate in the DSG2/DSG2neo programme;

High academic performance;
-
Strong motivation, independence, and responsibility;
-
Mandatory submission of documents confirming the student’s personal activity/involvement in the life of NTU “KhPI”;
-
Correct preparation and timely submission of all documents.
⚠️ Attention! Students wishing to apply must complete the online application form and submit the documents listed below by 12:00 on 13 November 2025:

Motivation letter (in English or German);

CV (with photo; in English or German);

Transcript of records (an academic performance statement is acceptable);

Language certificate (at least B2 in English or German; internal NTU “KhPI” certificates are accepted);

Documents confirming personal activity in the life of NTU “KhPI” and additional certificates/diplomas/awards/recommendations demonstrating the student’s motivation and abilities (e.g., lecturer references, Olympiad awards) — mandatory.
All documents must be submitted exclusively in PDF format. File names must include the student’s surname and document type, for example: Kovalenko_CV.pdf. Multi-page documents must be prepared as a single PDF file with a clear name. For example, a combined PDF containing certificates, lecturer references, and Olympiad awards should be named: Kovalenko_Certificates.pdf.
