Students of the Department of Software Engineering and Intelligent Management Technologies of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” became finalists of the National Selection stage of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025–2026.
Following the selection, the teams represented the university at the regional stage (Europe), where 14 teams from 6 higher education institutions of Ukraine competed. Three teams participated in the Cloud, Computing, and Network tracks.
The teams included 8 students from the F2 “Software Engineering” specialty (educational program “Software Engineering”). A student from the F3 “Computer Science” specialty (educational program “Computer Science. Artificial Intelligence and Project Management”) of the Department of System Analysis and Information-Analytical Technologies also joined the Cloud team.
