NTU “KhPI” SE&MIT Departments’ Associate Professor Participated in an Erasmus+ Programme in Slovakia

Maryna Vovk, Associate Professor of the A. V. Dabagyan Department of Software Engineering and Intelligent Management Technologies at NTU “KhPI” and Candidate of Economic Sciences, participated in the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme “Burnout Prevention, Risk and Crisis Management in Higher Education and Economic Practice,” held in Bratislava at the Bratislava University of Economics and Management.

Participants from various European countries discussed current issues related to burnout prevention, risk and crisis management in higher education. Particular attention was devoted to modern approaches to strengthening psychological resilience, creating a safe educational environment, and developing practical recommendations for universities.

The programme also focused on opportunities for international research cooperation, preparation of joint research projects, participation in Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe initiatives, and the development of partnerships between European higher education institutions.

Participation in the programme contributed to expanding the department’s international cooperation network and created new opportunities for implementing European best practices in educational and research activities.
