Ignat Shmatko, a student in the ICM-225a group, became a finalist in the first stage of the Black Sea Science international student research competition. He submitted a research paper titled “Development of digital tools and innovations in personnel management systems in the context of digitalization,” which combines modern approaches to information technology and management.
The “Black Sea Science” competition is a prestigious international scientific event held annually at Odessa National Technological University with the participation of experts from many countries around the world, aimed at fostering students’ scientific activities and international cooperation.
Based on the results of the first stage, the best papers advance to the finals, where participants present their research on an international level.
