Samarskaya Olena, in 2007 she received a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, in 2009 she received a master’s degree in Social Informatics at the Department of SAIT of NTU “KhPI”.
In 2007 she started working at Stella Systems as a quality engineer, testing decision support systems for American and British hospitals. Since 2010 she has worked as a manager of the testers department at DB Best Technologies.
Since the founding of Cloud Works in 2011, which is part of the American company Teamwork Commerce with its headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, she began working there as the head of the testing department on an international project. In 2012 she moved to the position of project manager, in which more than 80 engineers participated. Since 2014, she has been the General Project Manager, responsible for the company’s largest international enterprise project, which employs more than 100 engineers, divided into several teams that interact with each other. She lives in Zurich, Switzerland.
Since 2019, she has been a Google Women Techmakers ambassador, helping to build a world in which all women can succeed in technology. In 2021, she successfully completed a course in special relativity from Stanford University.
