Training session on inclusion and tolerance for the Ukrainian Red Cross Society by Associate Professor of our Department

On March 12, 2026, Vasyl Malikov, Associate Professor in the Department of Ukrainian Studies, Cultural Studies, and History of Science at the Kharkiv National Technical University “KhPI,” Vasyl Malikov, together with an associate professor from the Department of Psychology at the H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, conducted a one-day training session on tolerance and non-discrimination in humanitarian work with LGBTIQ+ people, titled “Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Accessibility,” for the Kharkiv regional and city organizations of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. The training was based on many years of experience working with the Alliance.Global community, thanks to resource support from the Danish Refugee Council. The training was highly praised by the participants, who gained the knowledge and skills necessary for their humanitarian work, and Associate Professor Vasyl Malikov also received a letter of appreciation from Tetyana Zima, head of the Kharkiv City Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
