Registration of offices will start on July 1 at sitehttps://ez.osvitavsim.org.ua The instructions note that when entering data, entrants must specify the email address to which they have permanent access and which is not prohibited on the territory of Ukraine. Applicants are also asked to remember the specified password. In general, to register an electronic account, you need to enter the following information:

e-mail address (it will be the login for entering the account);
password and password confirmation (the number of characters is not limited);
VET certificate data: number (7 digits), pin code (4 digits) and year of issue (offered automatically);
document data on complete general secondary education: series (2 letters), number (8 digits), average score.

After completing all these steps, an activation letter should be sent to the e-mail address specified by the user. By following the link specified in the letter, the entrant will confirm the creation of an electronic account. As last year, applicants must independently calculate the average score of the certificate/certificate about complete general secondary education. It is calculated on a 12-point scale with rounding to tenths. The score is calculated as the arithmetic average of all grades specified in the appendix to the document (invariant part, variable part, state final certification). Subjects for which the record “released” was made are not included in the total number. To accurately calculate the average score of the document, entrants are recommended to use a special calculator on the websitehttps://ez.osvitavsim.org.ua/ The instructions, in particular, contain a detailed description of the requirements for the format and size of photos and documents that the entrant has additionally upload to the electronic cabinet. Among other things, entrants are explained how to correctly select competitive proposals, what to indicate when submitting an application above, where you can view already submitted applications, etc. It is important that any information in the cabinet, for example, personal data or obtained test scores of external examinations, can be changed before submitting the first application. Further, it will be impossible to change the information.
