During the training, our applicants can simultaneously undergo military training at the military department of NTU “KhPI”.
Military training under the training program for reserve officers on a voluntary basis is carried out by citizens who have or receive a higher education degree of at least a bachelor, fit for military service for health reasons and moral and business qualities.
Military training at the department:
- is conducted during one school day per week (using the “war day” method) for two years of study;
- complex practical exercises for studying the course of primary military professional training (after the first year of study for 3 weeks);
- theoretical and practical military training courses, training camp (after the second year of study for 30 days).
After graduating and being awarded the rank of junior lieutenant of the reserve, graduates of the department of military training can do military service under a contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other power structures of Ukraine (Security Service of Ukraine, State Border Service, State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations, Main Directorate intelligence, the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of the Interior).
Military registration specialties of the military department of NTU “KhPI”
- Combat use of compounds, military units and divisions of radiation, chemical, biological protection (except for sea shore basing).
- Combat use of mixed formations, military units and communication units (except units and military units of communication and radio technical support of aviation).
- Organization of moral and psychological support of troops (forces).
- Organization of provision of troops (forces) with fuel.
- Organization of food supply of troops (forces), operation and repair of technical means of food service.
- Organization of operation and repair of armored vehicles.
- Operation and repair of automotive equipment and its analogues.
- Combat use of mechanized units, military units and units.
- Combat use of tank formations, military units and units.
- Combat use of formations, military units and units of ground artillery.
- Combat use of military units and military intelligence units.
- Organization of material provision of troops (forces), operation and repair of technical means of material service.
- Organization of transportation and management of road transport.
- Organization of fire safety.
