On the occasion of the International Student Day, the Directorate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport had the honor of honoring two representatives of the student community of our department – students of the MIT-621 group Maksym Boychenko and Daria Slivna – with certificates of honor.
The winner of the II stage of the annual international competition of student scientific works held at the Kremenchug National University named after Mykhailo Ostrogradsky on June 7, 2024.
According to the results of the competition in the “Technogenic and Industrial Safety” section, a student studying at the “Occupational safety and health” program received a high award:

Participation of the «Occupational and Environmental Safety» department of National Technical University «KhPI» in the International Student Research Competition «Black Sea Science 2024».
The fruitful cooperation of scientific and pedagogical staff of the department with their Polish colleagues, with their colleagues of the National Academy of Sciences made it possible to submit four works to the competition.
– Alternative energy. The experience of Poland and its acceptability for Ukraine, authors: Oleksiy Martynenko, Vambol Vladyslаva (supervisors: assoc. prof. Mezentseva I.O., Małgorzata Podyma (Poland));
– Missile-space activities. Source of destruction of the ozone layer of the atmosphere,

– Information security of technical tools and environmental monitoring systems, authors: Denisenko Yuliya MIT-622s, Tarahi Mohammed (supervisors: Ph.D. Yashchenko L.A., assoc. prof. Mishchenko I.V. (HNARU));
– Influence of the galvanic workshop on atmospheric pollution, автори: Yujun Liu МІТ-М623ie, Mohamed Niyaz (supervisors: assoc. prof. Semenov E.O., assoc. prof. Mishchenko I.V. (HNARU)).
Our students also took part in the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works held at the State Biotechnological University. According to the fields of knowledge, specialties (specializations) Civil security (Occupational safety and health), Civil security (Civil protection), Technogenic safety, the department was represented by 3 student scientific works under the leadership of our employees S. Vambol, I. Mezentseva, O. Kuzmenko. All three works of our students won prizes. According to the order of DBTU №01-01/156 dated 04/12/2024, students received the respective winners’ diplomas, and employees received thanks.
We also have strong results in our native Polytechnic. We have 15 prize places out of the five areas in which the competitive works of our students participated. The name of the fields of knowledge, specialties (specializations) from which the students took part fully corresponds to the profile of the department: Civil security (Occupational safety and health), Civil safety (Life safety), Civil security (Civil protection), Technogenic safety, Fire safety.
The supervisors of scientific works are all employees of our department: assoc. prof. Yevtushenko N., Semenov E., Gurenko I., Bukatenko N., Yashcheritsyn E., Yanchyk O., Tverdokhlebova N., Maksimenko O., Movmyga N., Pancheva H., sen. teach. Yashchenko L. and Tolstousova O., and ass. Osmanova O.
Order №552ST of NTU «KhPI» dated 04.13.2024 awarded the winners. All our 30 students received the respective diplomas of the winner of the 1st round of the All-Ukrainian competition.
2023 yar
The winners of the II stage of the annual international competition of student scientific works held at the Kremenchug National University named after Mykhailo Ostrogradsky on June 1-3, 2023.
According to the results of the competition in the “Civil Security” section, students studying under the OPP “Occupational safety and health” received high awards:
– Student of the MIT-621 group Artyukhov Denys was awarded a II degree diploma. Supervisor: Tverdokhlebova N.E.
– Student of the MIT-621 group Slivna Darya was awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree. Supervisor: Yevtushenko N.S.
– Students of the MIT-622s group Elvira Akimova and Yuliya Denysenko were awarded the III degree diploma. Supervisor: Osmanova O.V.
Diplomas awarded to students studying specialty 263 “Civil Security”, educational program “Occupational safety and health” as a result of the I-tour in various directions in 2022/2023.
Student of the MIT-M622 group Derevyanko Oleg Yevhenovich participated in 4 conferences in 2023, has 5 abstracts of reports in co-authorship.
He also participated in the 1st round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of scientific direction: Civil defense, man-made, environmental safety. State Biotechnology University, March 28-30, 2023, Kharkiv. Order of DBTU 01-01/78 dated March 5, 2023.

Winners of the International competition of student scientific works, June 2-3, 2022 Kremenchug National University named after. Mikhail Ostrogradsky (KrNU), Kremenchug: Slivna D., 1st year student, gr. MIT-621 – awarded with a diploma of the 1st degree; Shmikova V., 2nd year student, gr. MIT-620 – awarded with a diploma of the 1st degree; Artyukhov D., 1st year student, gr. MIT-621 – was awarded a diploma of II degree.
2021 year
Winners of the International competition of student research papers in certain specialties, May 2021 Kremenchug National University. Mykhailo Ostrogradsky (KrNU), Kremenchuk: 4-th year student group MIT-617 Ngoma-Kutika Arvi Devey – awarded a diploma of the II degree, field of knowledge Civil Security (“Labor Protection”); 2-nd year student group MIT-619 Pshonka Anna – awarded a diploma of III degree, field of knowledge “Civil Security (Civil Protection)”.
According to the results of participation of students of the department in the second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of scientific works 2020/2021 academic year: student Yenya Daniil Sergeevich, gr. MIT-618 – received the Diploma of the third degree in the field of knowledge Civil safety (Labor protection), Kharkiv KhNADU; student Starodubtsev Vadim Gennadievich, gr. MIT-618 – received the Diploma of the third degree in the field of knowledge Civil Security (Civil Protection)”, Kharkiv, NUTSZ of Ukraine.
Students enrolled in the educational program 263.01 – Occupational safety and health annually take part in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers. This year the students of the MIT-618 group Vadim Gennadievich Starodubtsev and Daniil Sergeevich Enya became the winners. According to the results of the competition, they were awarded with certificates of the III degree for participation in the competition in the “Civil Security (Civil Protection)” industry. The department congratulates them on their victory.
