Students of the SEMIT Department will take part in the academic mobility program

One of the important activities of the Department is cooperation with foreign partner universities. This helps to effectively organize academic mobility programs and provide students with the opportunity to gain new experience, knowledge and skills.

During December 2023 – January 2024, the Department of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute together with the Department of Foreign Languages organized the selection of 2-3 year students to participate in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program with the Bratislava University of Economics and Management (Slovakia).

The following criteria were taken into account when selecting students: B2 English proficiency, high academic score, motivation to study at the Erasmus program, and proactiveness. We sincerely thank our colleagues from the Department of Foreign Languages for organizing the English language test, without which an objective assessment of the applicants would have been impossible.
As a result of the selection, three students of the department received recommendations and will study at a Slovak university in the spring semester of this year. They will participate in the academic mobility program: Veronika Krygina (KN-422a), Ivan Lysenko (KN-221a), and Ulyana Maltseva (KN-221b.e.).
These students have already received an invitation from the Bratislava University of Economics and Management and are preparing documents for study.
The Department congratulates them and wishes them to get the most out of their studies at this powerful university!
