Dear students!
It is a great pleasure for us to announce a new call of the Erasmus+ program at our best strategic partner, Univerza v Mariboru (University of Maribor), Slovenia.
The program offers five scholarships for studying during the Autumn semester (October 2020- February 2021).
Applicants should prepare the following documents:
1 CV (Europass form with personal photo), printed, signed and scanned to pdf
2 Motivation Letter, printed, signed and scanned to pdf
3 Transcript of records (signed by the Institute Director and stamped) Master students have to send appendix to the bachelor diploma with grades (example: http://web.kpi.kharkov.ua/mto/wp-content/uploads/sites/200/2020/06/transcript-example.pdf).
4 English Certificate (signed by an English teacher). It is better to send official confirmation on English (e. g. APTIS, IELTS, FCE, etc.)
5 Declaration of student mobility (signed by the applicant)
6 Declaration of the country of residence, country of birth and citizenship (signed by the applicant)
7 International passport (valid until July 2021)

The seven mentioned documents (7 files) must be sent to pavelbrin@ukr.net in pdf format until 20.00 the 2nd of July 2019.
Please, keep in mind that building U1 is closed on the 30th of June and the 1st of July.
The meeting with the applicants (only with those who have sent the documents until the deadline) will be organized on the 3rd or 4th of July via Zoom.

Please, take into account that you have to select subjects only from the winter semester.
IMPORTANT
Al the documents must be sent to Maribor University by an ERASMUS COORDINATOR (not by a student).
The general algorithm of the application procedure is the following:
1. Preparing the first set of documents by the applicants.
2 Sending the documents to Erasmus coordinator
3 Analyzing CV, Motivation letters and Transcripts of records of the applicants
4 A short interview with the applicants (in English)
5 Preparing the Mobility agreement
6 Signing the Mobility agreement in IRD oh NTU KhPI
7 Sending all the documents to Maribor University
Usually, we select a lot of applicants, and the University of Maribor makes the final decision.
General condition
Student’s scholarship is 800 EUR per month, which is completely enough for living in Maribor and traveling every weekend. As a benefit, every student can eat a nice student meal in specific restaurants in Maribor using a special student coupon system (subsidized student meal). Travel costs are also covered. Every student is offered a nice room at the University Dormitory.
Applicants have to keep in mind the following:
– level of your English should be at least B2;
– you need an international passport valid until July 2021
– you need at least 600 EUR to invest in this process (getting a visa, coming to Maribor, a room deposit, and daily allowance until your first scholarship.) Your scholarship in Maribor will cover all these costs.
More than 40 students from our English Taught Management Program took part in Erasmus+ events. They studied in Slovenia, Italy, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Greece, Hungary.
