The Bachelor of Business Administration program is aimed at training managers with critical thinking, those who have a good understanding of the problems of the internal and external business environment are able to find the best solutions and take responsibility for their implementation, develop and implement business plans and strategies, to organize own business and to provide rational management in the sphere of business.

Graduates of the program can perform a wide range of administrative responsibilities in companies and hold positions of brand managers, SMM managers, financial managers, customer service managers, and more. In addition, the potential place for employment is business structures in which graduates play the role of entrepreneurs who create and develop their own businesses.

Main training subjects: management, marketing, HR management, innovations management, strategic management, investments, business planning, business evaluation, managerial accounting; risk management, communications in business, and others.

In 2024, the bachelor’s degree programs in Organization Management and Administration and Business Administration were accredited by the international accreditation commission ZEvA (Central Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation, Germany), which confirmed the full compliance of the quality, content, methods and technologies of education with international standards of higher education quality. The received accreditation certificates were confirmed by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NAQA) of Ukraine (Protocol No. 9 (59) of 16.04.2024).
